PAYMENT INFORMATION:

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?
Currently, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. To facilitate the credit card transaction, please include all information as it appears on your credit card statement (first and last name, billing address and credit card number).

WHEN WILL YOUR CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
The credit card used in the transaction will be charged immediately upon checkout and the customer will be sent a confirmation email immediately. The email will let the buyer know a transaction code identifier for future reference.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Sales tax is charged to purchases shipped to the state of Florida since our business is located in the State of Florida.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and you receive an “order confirmation” e-mail, we will not be able to change your order. If you have concerns about your order, please contact customer service at INFO@SHOPJUICEBOX.COM or 1-866-236-5824

CAN I ORDER AN "OUT OF STOCK" ITEM?
Currently, if a products is shown as “not in stock” the visitor can no order the product. If you wish to inquire further about a product you can write to

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes, we can do your order over the phone. Call 1-866-236-5824 or email INFO@SHOPJUICEBOX.COM to set a time that is convenient.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Juice Box does the best on backing their top of the line products but if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase or has suffered an inconvenience with the product purchased a return or exchange could be allowed.

• This inquiry must happen within 30 days of purchase for a refund/exchange to be issued.
• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• Clothing or any other product that may be returned or exchanged must have all the tags attached and will not be accepted if it has been used (worn), washed or altered.
The following products are Non-Refundable:

• Sale items
• Special order items
• Personalized items
• Bathing suits (girls and boys)
• hygiene products such as shampoo and lotions

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

A product can be returned or exchanged by contacting Juice Box LLC at info@shopjuicebox.com or calling 1866-236-5824. Please state the reasons why the purchase is being returned. Shipping on returned items will be paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise by a Juice Box representative.

Once we receive your return/exchange, please allow 7 business days for your return/exchange to be processed and credited. We will notify you once your return/exchange has been fully processed. When we ship your exchange merchandise, you will not be charged a second shipping and handling fee.

If the buyer lost the purchase invoice the return/exchange of a product can still be done. Please contact JuiceBox LLC at 1866-236-5824or info@shopjuicebox.com

It is recommended to send the return/exchange by a reliable mail service provider (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS delivery confirmation) since Juice Box will not be responsible for products or merchandise that is mailed back to us and is damaged, ruined or lost in the process.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A GIFT?
The same policies for returning/exchanging regular merchandise also apply to gifts.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
DOMESTIC:
Following credit card authorization and verification, orders shipped via ground delivery will arrive within approximately 4-9 business days. A business day is considered to be Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Our orders are filled as promptly as possible, but processing can take up to 48 hours. However, please note that deliveries should still arrive within 9 business days.

INTERNATIONAL:
Juice Box does ship internationally. However, please contact us by phone because shipping costs are determined differently than US shipping. nternational shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which usually are charged when the package reaches the final destination country. These taxes or duties are responsibility of the buyer so Juice Box LLC does not calculate these costs.
